btw this one is S-200 (not 300) and yes it is part of the Ukrainian anti-air (everything on the pic is Ukrainian.. note the sign on fighter jet) and also it is fired from static GROUND platform... clearly a booster would not reach that far from Russian teritory.
edit: thinking about it now, maybe im stupid and dont know how this missiles are suppose to operate
