Last time I remember was the departing speech in January 2021, but I could be wrong.
Maybe he talks in front of a bunch of flags at rallies and I haven't noticed?

He almost always has a seating section behind him. But he usually enters the stage along a walkway that is backed by many American flags.
Always ALWAYS many flags on either side of him and usually a huge flag suspended by cranes.
He's still my President so of course he'd need flags when addressing the nation.
