Buck up. Trump left out so many important things to deliver a decent, but mediocre speech. He knows how hyped this day was and didn't make any attempt to deliver something historical. He knows about the midterm cheating we are all witnessing. He was robbed more than any of us, as he should have been riding the red wave of "MAGA sweeps the nation thanks to Trump." He purposely chose not to focus on the cheating.
I still trust Trump. If he were just acting a role to make patriots think we have a champion, he could have bowed out by now and let DeSantis take over. He's still fighting - and he doesn't like to lose. He can't tell us the whole truth without the enemy overhearing, so we don't get the whole truth.
He's showing his age and getting tired, sorry to say. He was a toothless tiger today. I kept thinking this isn't right, this isn't him. Did somebody threaten his family or what? He sounded like he took 2 valiums before coming out. He looked stern when he first stepped on stage and it went downhill from there. I hope he didn't get his 4th booster.
are you kidding? He and his family have been under death threats every minute of every day since at least that famous escalator ride.
And not just them, but our entire nation is under threat of death if the conservatives get out of line. We are all held hostage with suitcase nukes, dirty bombs, and biological weapons every single day.
That's why things get hyped up and then fade out, just like this speech tonight. Because somebody will blow up NYC or San Francisco or Phoenix if we don't back down.
That's how the entire world works now. That is what Trump is really up against and always has been. Amazing he was able to accomplish anything at all.
I'm always gobsmacked that more people don't think about this whenever they're mad that Trump or anyone on his side doesn't make enough things happen.
Maybe Klaus Schwab got to him.
