There was something very "off" with his speech tonight. His pacing was all fouled up and lots of stumbles. Content very ho hum. I think something else was planned for that got pushed off the track and they had to "fill" with this election announcement. 72 hour rule. Don't dispair yet. It was just a terrible speech from our guy tho.
