That won’t stop lone wolf attacks.
If elections in your area were obviously stolen through ballot manipulation, late night drops etc., then you as a lone-wolf must find the voting official responsible (eg. Secretary of State) and take them out.
I’ll let you decide how you’re gonna take them out.
