I dont think SCOTUS has taken the case...theyve just petitioned SCOTUS to take it which based on how many petitioners there are a year vs how many cases get heard gives it about a 1% chance of being heard.
Yeah, I like that petition, but the way it is written, I don't even think the authors intended it to pass.
It's written like a series of jabs more than actually asking SC to tear down the executive branch.
