If your kids come outta 13 years of public schools and can't even read, then parents of said kid, should be able sue the school system.

It's not their fault. They just need more funding. Even tho grad rates and skills have dropped as their wages have steadily gone up.
Dept of Indoctrination has been raping IL for decades and producing armies of ignorant dems who hate God, Country, Males, and Whites. So basically it's working just as intended. Pensions are winning lotto tickets. Insanity and theft right out in the open. Gov and Unions = terrorists.
