Easier to use a uv light and Witch Hazel. Remember for a while, no toilet paper, no wet wipe, no hand sanitizer. My business partner runs an herbal apothecary so she made a bunch and sold them. I just use uv light, witch hazel and Collodial silver.

Witch hazel is now my go to first aid. Not only for rashes but to promote healing of wounds..
Aloe gel and coconut oil are also great. And using baking soda for cleaning is pretty straightforward.
