This will be how we know if things have really changed or not.

If things have changed, they'll go down for all of the above. If the DS wants to placate some semi-awake people, the Biden will get slapped with tax evasion and money laundering, maybe wire fraud and they'll pay a small fine. If nothing has changed, they'll flip out and claim it was actually Trump who committed the above crimes...
