That’s why I sincerely think those that are doing it are immature (as in literally immature and/or young/inexperienced in life) - they don’t seem to have life experience to understand why it’s logical to feel that way, or what the effect of years is trauma can be, etc. and the shaming is just infantile, unhelpful, and unproductive. But that’s just my opinion. I don’t expect everyone to agree with me.
