Thought just occurred to me when I saw someone else post about how the bill would revoke tax exempt status from Churches that don't comply with their disgusting views. This would obviously set off tens of thousands of lawsuits (maybe even hundreds of thousands or millions) all over the country. The political crap storm this would set off would be like nothing else we've seen in a long time.
Suffice to say, it'd get quickly fast tracked to the supreme court. And if I'm right, they'd use this opportunity to not just strike down the bill as unconstitutional, but they'd also make a similar ruling to the recent Roe v Wade reversal and decide it's a state's issue where the federal government has no right to butt in.
Thus, leading to states with trigger laws like Texas, Oklahoma, Idaho, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, etc. to instantly ban gay "marriage" again, and further reversing a lot of the damaging social policies forced onto the general populace over the last 20 or so years.
Of course, this would probably be used to try and push for more conflict (Just like how they did with abortion), but I still see it as a good thing. Besides, Clarence Thomas DID indicate that they'd eventually go after gay "marriage" as it's also a state's rights thing.
This would also finally prove that the majority of people in the US don't support gay "marriage" (remember, even california and new york voted against legalizing gay "marriage" until it was forced on them against their wills via cheating and other shady, illegal, and unconstitutional processes).
If nothing else I see this as one more step in proving that we're not a dying, Godless, morally corrupt nation like the media, politicians, and "pollsters", like to say we are. But rather we're a nation of mostly patriotic, morally upright, Christians who generally speaking oppose most of this crap. I see this as part of the Great Awakening process myself, especially since it's becoming increasingly obvious that God has a personal hand in all of this, at least in regards to the USA.
Feel free to discuss below, but it's just a theory I had come to me. And to be honest, I can see this happening if for no other reason than to try and cause more division and strife with the media fanning artificial flames that apply to less than 5% of the population (if you combine the percentage of gay supporters and gay population together, I figure it's roughly this amount.)
Enjoy the sidelines champ. While 5-8% of the population may be gay, over 60% of the population has a gay sibling, son or daughter. Taking that on is a losing recipe for success.
And 70% of Gen Z have a mental illness
‘Gay’ isn’t real. Those individuals just hate their mothers so they become what they hate.
