True, very little happens to them ... so far. The overton window is shifting. Shifting of what is being talked about shifts the awareness of the sheep ever so slightly and slowly towards wakefulness. It's like cracks in rocks, as the water freezes the crack grows until, BAM ... the rock splits. Progress is being made even if nothing seems to be happening to those evil buggers.
