If you took donated vaxxed blood, in theory could you “wash it”, remove the spike protein and any other contaminants?

Not mRNA/DNA contaminants, but graphene oxide particles, yes, several ways. Magnetic fields apparently cause assembly of... something, several scientific groups around the world have shown this. Spike proteins would be more difficult to remove without messing up the good qualities of the blood or plasma that you need. They are designed to stick best to certain kinds of cells and are encased best in certain kinds of lipid structures, so these would be the optimal starting points. The labs that developed them certainly have this information.
