The hot war in Ukraine contradicts 1) & 2).
Plus there is plenty of hot war going on in the US. Mostly it's hidden but not always.
Don't know what you base 3) on.
I don't see any guarantee on the outcome, on who's the victor or when. That's why it's a war and is taking a long time. Both sides are fairly evenly matched. If you got some secret guarantee I'm sure we'd all like some of it.
This war has been going on for quite some time and has had a few different names: WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, etc.
