I know what you mean I have for the most part avoided twitter, and I don't go on Truth Social very much either, if someone tries to fight with me here I walk away, it takes a lot of strength for me to do that, my instinct is to get right in there, but I'm not going to let them get to me.

If things get to be a bit too much I take my dog for a walk, or go for a drive, or angry clean lol.
