So 20% of the population dies. Things grind to a halt. Apocalypse hits… What’s the plan. Do we all just giver in our own corner and try to keep on keeping on or do we make a plan… Where do we all gather to start over.

I don't think it's gonna happen all at once. I actually think we are in the first showers. Things will get gradually worse and more and more folks will die and more and more gangs will accumulate and spread chaos until we return to living as God intended. We must turn away from the evil we have come to accept as normal.
