Heard it from Alex Jones when he was covering Trumps 2016 campaign. As to where he sourced it from, I dont recall. A bit of searching indicates there's some speculation but never confirmed as Donald himself seems like he was very determined to keep privacy with regards Barron very locked down. Quite understandably.
