Not being an ass or sarcastic - but what if it’s Biden?

Im sure this has already been discussed here. He could be referencing all the investigations headed the Ds way (Biden, Hunter, Wray, Mayorkas, Yellen, etc). “This is a threat to democracy..” type BS.
