If it was such an important cog on the disinformation wheel, why would the Deep State risk selling it? They said it was a powerful tool in elections, too. How and why did this go down? Would the Deep State risk letting truth shine in any corner?

You summed up why I'm weary of Elon in the first 3 lines.
I'm not really sure what to make of him.
So far Twitter seems like an improvement, but that's really all I can say.
The bad guys realized Twitter was about to self destruct,
so they laundered $44 billion to fix it.
I feel sure that there are some private partners and most of the ownership rolled back around to the same investors when it was public. Elon just took it from public trading to private. Can't do a hostile takeover now.
IMO Trump is going to make them eat it --- without him.
we all should be weary of everyone, Trump included, but also need to open minds to possibility an Elon for example is a white hat plant or has been otherwise turned to/for the good. it seems you have this ability fren but cyber's and sondering's comments that are above you lack this ability dramatically.
all we can know is that we don't KNOW. we may guess correctly, or have a hunce, or an educated guess, but that is not knowing. and what one uses for their "educated" guess may be and is likely information someone wants you to believe to be true to manipulate your opinion. for now I'll base my judgment of Elon on his latest actions and those mostly seem to be based, with some exceptions. I'm far from a circle jerk about Elon, but you can bet your ass I'm hopeful! WWG1WGA
What's with people getting the Elon-amnesia?
