He was told $6 billion would be enough. And it would be, if not for government corruption. There's plenty of food. It's just not distributed to the people who chose to live where food doesn't grow. I'm puzzled how Africans lived before the Peace Corps went there in the 60s to show them how to plant seeds and grow food.
