You can’t bypass the app store to download an app on your iphone.

However, you can still access the mobile web version of twitter on any phone. Few people will go to that trouble though, normies especially. And definitely not if they’re being fed a steady diet of “twitter is no longer a safe platform” propaganda by Apple, media, govt, bureaucrats, corporations, etc.
