The vaccine used to be the topic of conversation, when they were going, who they took with them, who was sick, blah blah blah.

No one is talking about it anymore, it's the elephant in the room now. Occasionally someone will quietly bring it up to me, telling me they aren't getting anymore; I see they are afraid and I'm afraid for them.
