A filing to renew her nursing license proves nothing. Anyone that received the notice of renewal could have submitted it.

The fact that they can't find her to physically verify she is alive, and in good health says she could very well be dead, or physically incapacitated.

If she were alive and well big pharma would have made damned certain she made a physical appearance.
