19 Flags behind Trump on Nov 15th, or 20? Confused,.. am I counting Wrong?

I watched the announcement Live. I counted then 20 flags on stage behind Trump.

A lot of the peeps that have been talking keep saying it's 19, to symbolize Trump as the 19th President.

But I went back again to Right Side Broadcast, and counted again, 20.

Where are they getting 19 from? Am I missing something?

Something about there only being 19 legitimate presidents bc of the 1871 b.s.
