Humiliating people is part of breaking them down. When a person is stripped of who / what they truly are they are more easily programmed.

The more distractions we have the less time we have to think, comprehend anything & be our true selves.

Constantly bombarded w/ propaganda, chaos, and consumed by the system. Rinse and Repeat 24/7/365. Basically MK Ultra shit on a global scale.
