Fauci. Gates and Schwab are consistent to their perverted ideologies, and their actions do not necessarily lead to personal injury. Fauci says what gets him noticed, knowing very well how deadly to many his pronouncements will be. Plus he tortured dogs, monkeys, and children pretending to be researching cures.

I'm all for Fauci getting Ramsey Bolton-ed ala Game of Thrones, Gates getting a jab daily while fed bugs. and Schwab having his very breathing pattern controlled. KEK
