KHC and the private office of Prince Alwaleed bin Talal are jointly the second largest investors after Elon Musk.

And even when KHC owned the shares, they owned what amounted to 4% of Twit (according to Forbes)

And Musk bought twitter. Which means he owns it. (it's no longer a publicly traded company.)
