"It's normal when the mail-in ballots keep coming in and the results will be delayed for up to a week, maybe 2 weeks or even a month! So it's NORMAL!"

Also:

"Whoa whoa, you can't delay the certifying of the election! Must do it in a timely fashion and if you do, you're denying democracy!"

So which one is it? It's normal to delay or it's not? You can't have your cake and eat it!
