I dont know how to find accepted cases on their website

I’ve heard from a lawyer friend that looked it over it was filed as a Civil whereas charges state criminal so that in itself was not too formative and will most likely be thrown out but the high effort was in the filing just wrongly attributed …I am no lawyer at all just sharing what a fren shared
