8 More States Eye Limits on Foreign Ownership of Farmland

At least eight states are considering joining the 14 states that already limit foreign control of agricultural land — and they specifically cited China as a reason for passing new laws.

No foriegn ownership of land, or any ownership businesses that impact national security in any way should be a federal law.

They should be forced to sell any holding they currently have in a specified time period of six months or less.
