In war if the generals decide to attack one place but but not another, does that mean they will never attack that other place. Or is it just part of a larger strategy. Doesnt make him bad. To me this is strategy

One of the ways I tell is if they seem like they are having fun. Musk definitely seems like he is having fun.
I use the word fun in a positive meaning. Not trying to take away from the fact that terrible things are still happening though
