Here's one of many things Reich doesn't understand. Musk didn't buy Twitter for the knowledge, skills, and ideas of Twitter's employees, he bought it for the reach that it has. He could have built a way more innovative version of Twitter for the fraction of the cost, but that wouldn't help him any without the users.
