I worry that mentally unhinged vaxxists will pretend to be pure, and donate, so there is tainted blood in that supply...

Are there any tests they can do to see if blood has been vaxxed? I havent heard anything about that, and it worries me vaxxtards will sneakily infect us pureblood with their shit...
