Sorry, I'm not seeing the newsflash here. It seems pretty obvious the goal of vaccine mandates was to get people to take vaccines. If questioned further she would obviously say the reason they want that is to lower infections or reduce death and hospitalization (which I believe to be unsupported by any actual evidence, but it's what they're saying).
