My concern is 20 rinos vote for the dim for speaker.

Excellent concern. Somebody should have a word with them to the effect: "If you vote for the Democrat, you are political dead meat. You will not be on any Republican committee of substance and we will poison-pill your district to prevent your re-election." And if you vote for the Democrat and fail, we will do that and more."
