Well not really. Cheney has outed herself as a deep state collaborator with her membership of the J6 committee. McCarthy is still (to the normies anyway) trying to present the front that he is a staunch Republican. The most dangerous enemies are the ones who pose as your friends so that they can stab you in the back. Cheney can't do that. McCarthy can. Also he is going to continue to suppress votes for MAGA candidates as speaker - Cheney can't - she is the lamest of lame ducks. But as I'm sure you know I wasn't advocating Cheney for speaker - I was citing her name as a horrible choice for a Republican speaker - my point was about McCarthy's treason not going unpunished (or rewarded). Also, being part of the FTX money laundering and supporting Dems over Republicans is a long, long way from merely "being a wuss". But at least we can have civil debate on this forum and exchange viewpoints - for which I am thankful.
