Thanks for the article link.
I'm still going to take the neutral side. They're advising against its usage, but never tell you directly to not take a medication.
Even with the explicit language in the final bullet point, it's still framed within the context of "why you shouldn't take IVM." (But you can absolutely take other medicine to abort your baby.)
"Never use medications intended for animals on yourself or other people. " (Does this statement refer to only topical medications?)

As an aside, it astounds me how much wiggle-room there is in the CDC's language:
"In some instances, [unprescribed drugs] can be highly dangerous..."
"Currently available data do not show ivermectin is effective against COVID-19."
"The most effective ways to limit the spread of COVID-19 include getting a COVID-19 vaccine when it is available to you and following current CDC guidance."
