This one is probably murder.

Lukashenko was one of the leaders who bucked the WHO and did not lockdown Belarus and mandate vaxes so my guess is that the foreign minister probably wasn't vaxxed (not mRNA vaxxed at least).

The top level cloak and dagger stuff can be murderous.

Does anyone remember The Russian ambassador to the UN Vitaly Churkin dying conveniently a few years ago. He was a really effective speaker. I expect the globalists murdered him.
