I come from the state that supposedly has the lowest obesity rate, so I figure most places must be worse than what I'm usually seeing...

My state is actually quite fat, it's just my little local area where people are active and kids aren't parked in front of a television all day. What I find really alarming is how fat young women are. I'm talking about nineteen to twenty five. Fitness at that age used to be a given. The "fit at any size" garbage is like a mantra.
