In the top picture you can see two blood spots. The first is possibly by the disc shaped thing, which isn't even visible in the top picture. The second blood spot is to the north west of the disc shaped object in the bottom pic, right around the small rock.

Why is that second splatter not visible in the bottom picture? There are two other possible splatters also around that small rock, but they're also more or less gone in the bottom pic.

I know both pics have been adjusted, but it makes no sense that only one of the blood splatters would show in the bottom pic.
