In the article, it's saying that the civil case filed against Twitter last year now falls to Elon Musk. 2 boys are suing Twitter because it had horrible videos of them, that they were tricked into making. Both underage, one only 13. Since he bought Twitter, he owns all debts? Does that mean civil cases?
