I posted this last night. @deathRayDesigner explained: Ancient Hindu symbology. There are two kinds, clockwise (shown above) and counter-clockwise (used by Nazi Party). The kind shown is the Hindu sauwastika. If symbols are important, it is important to understand them, and be unconfused about them. I looked it up and he seems to be right.
