I was concerned about that costume and even put up a post so we could discuss here, but now I think the message is THIS:

Appearing to be part of the Satanic Cabal was his disguise. That he left that costume up and it's now his profile picture says he's now mocking them because they now know he's NOT one of them (anymore?).

I've never been an Elon Musk fan but I check in now to watch The Show! It's pretty funny watching the Cabal minions completely melt down.
