The fact that the case was brought "By the people" and not accusing the D's or the R's of election fraud but accuses Congress of not following the law as it stands and actively blocking it (it being the 10-day rule) which a lot of us were screaming about in 2020 not only gives this standing it's almost assured a slam dunk 9-0 vote.
