The Brunson's website has a pretty comprehensive timeline of the cases, and looks like, if the website is accurate, that the Supremes vote first on whether the case that currently sits with them will be heard, and only 4 have to vote in favor. Certainly Thomas and Alito will vote yes, and I'm pretty confident Gorsuch will too. Question is, will Roberts, Kavanaugh, or Coney Barrett be brave enough to sign on?

I read somewhere on GAW that something was to be decided this Friday, but didn't know if it was the vote to hear the case or something else. I haven't located information about this yet, so if anyone has sauce I would be grateful.
