If you are not across what is happening on the frontline, there are hardly any Ukrainian military left. What is being stated is that more and more either captured Ukrainian military or from civilians that they are hearing many nationalities being spoken. French. German and yes, American. So those being trained are NATO soldiers and Americans are paying for it.
