Why in the world did they cave? This would have strengthened the resolve to not certify, in my opinion. I am sure most of us here would have stood firm with our convictions.

Cochise County, the last holdout, caved today as well. If the counties don't certify, the votes don't get included with the others. There was a House seat at stake and a local office going from red to blue.
