It is not who votes but who counts the votes. She should never have been allowed to run the election. If there has ever been a conflict of interest this, is it.

If she hadn't been involved, some other official (remember, most of these people are "republicans") would have run cover for her. Thinking Katie Hobbs is the evil genius behind all of this is what's truly dumb here.
