I tried with numbers the 2.pizza is not available, but 1.pizza and 3.pizza cost 25K.... 25K?

Correct. Most 1 digit domain names average cost is thousands of $ per year. 2 digits average cost is hundreds of $. With 3 or more digits, the average cost goes down significantly. For example, 14.99 $.
