Very cool stuff! A lot to decode in all those posts, and I get that the bunch of terms in the stringer text are not for 'us' but are orders to whatever assets are in the field and are waiting to be activated. Anyone ever remember these being discussed, and if there were any theories that seemed substantive at the time?
